We're looking for general notaries and loan signing agents, both beginners and experienced professionals, to test SAPS on Windows and Mac. Every application is reviewed by a person. Applying does not guarantee selection, and nothing is downloaded or licensed automatically.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, photo ID, or any real client or borrower documents. Testing uses fictional documents only.

Privacy & consent

Poll: anonymous. We store only your choice.
Survey: your answers are used for research. If you also join the waitlist, they are kept with your waitlist entry.
Waitlist: we store your name, email, edition preference, and a record of your consent (date and wording). If you separately opt in to text updates, we also store your mobile number and SMS-consent record.
Tester application: we store your answers and a record of your consent. If you separately opt in to text updates, we also store your mobile number and SMS-consent record. Everything you submit is treated as unverified until we review it manually, for example by using an official state notary lookup.
Text messages: SMS consent is optional and separate from email consent. Informational texts are sent manually only from (855) 262-2270. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
We use your information only to contact you about SAPS early access and testing. We do not sell it or share it with other companies.
No payment or deposit is collected. We never ask for Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, photo ID, or client documents.
Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To limit abuse we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which is deleted within about a day.
How long we keep it: waitlist and application contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them or we close the program. We may ask you to reconfirm your interest over time. Anonymous poll and survey totals are kept for research.
Removal: use the personal removal link shown after you submit, email c1@bobcc.org, or call 1-855-262-2270. Your contact details are deleted right away. We keep a scrambled record of your email address for up to 24 months so you are not added back without your permission.
